All our apartments are located in one building at Ignacego Krasickiego 7 street in Dzierżoniów. In a modern tenement house located 50 meters from the Market Square, you won’t find a better accommodation in the city.

No. Internet access is free.
The keys are obtained in the office in the building where the apartments are located (first floor room number 11) or after you receive the apartment access code to check in yourself. If you are renting our apartment for the first time, the resident will lead you to the rented apartment and, if necessary, indicate the appropriate parking space.
Yes. We have a payment card terminal, so you don’t have to go searching for an ATM
We reserve the right to charge a 30% advance payments on further date bookings depending on situation.
You will not bear any consequences if you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival.
Yes, but within reason. Each time we require information about willingness to take your pet with you.
Yes. In each apartment you will find clean towels for each guest. Beds as per hotel standards will be waiting for you. If you stay with us longer, we will exchange weekly for clean sheets and towels.
The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 13:00 the next day. If there is a possibility, we try to approach these hours flexibly, but always please leave the apartment on time at a set time. We must have time to prepare it for the next guests.
